The service department is run by a crook who goes by the ironic name of "Smiles".
They lie to your face about what things will cost and they're the HIGHEST estimate every time. They brag that their service department is "#1 in volume in Oregon" and that should be your warning (it doesn't talk about how everyone loves them, they brag about their high volume in their highly congested suburban location. Big accomplishment). They don't get the awards from Toyota for their stellar customer service in their service department (look for yourself) - because it doesn't exist enough of the time for them to actually win one.

Tons of Oregon dealers have won the Toyota Presidents award:

"Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its stellar dealerships with the prestigious President's Award. It's a very high honor a dealership can receive from Toyota, and is only awarded to those dealerships who have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota's high standards for customer satisfaction."

Beaverton is clearly not "stellar", "prestiguous", "honorable" and lacks "customer satisfaction".

Last year we bought a Camry from Mo H and had a very positive experience yesterday we went back in search for my husband's truck and there he was! Ready and eager to help we were in and out in less than 2 hours I'm telling everyone who reads this this has GOT to be the best dealership i've ever worked with! we've lived and bought all over the country and no one compares to Beaverton Toyota. No one.

I set an appt for an oil change and brought my truck in last saturday. I was told it would take an hour...which I feel is a little long anyway for an oil change if you actually make an appt. but whatever.
So after an hour and a half I approached the guy who helped me and he said he'd look into it. About 5 minutes later I see them pulling my truck in to start on it!!!
He then said it would be another 15 minutes (ya right). After another 30 minutes he came out and said they couldn't rotate my tires because the wheel lock wasn't in the glove box. I told him to check again because I've never removed it. He said it still wasn't there so I said whatever, just get me out of here.
After a total of two hours and fifteen minutes I finally got my truck back. I pulled it out of the garage, went into the glove box, pulled out the wheel lock and went right back into the garage so they could rotate my tires.
It took Beaverton Toyota two and a half hours for a simple 5k service AND I even set an appointment a week ahead of time!

What a bunch of idiots...

Andrew Summers is by far I??m talking this guy is a very hard worker and DEFINITELY knows how to please his customers. Not only did he help me get into a brand new 4Runner but after working all morning on me he still left his office and took my other car home for me, that??s real customer service. Ron C and Mr. Lopez were the guys we met with last week and they were they only dealership that actually wanted to work with what we had to offer. We decided on a new Tundra as a new beginning for the new year and got a really good deal aside from the best customer service. These guys know their stuff and didn??t try to shove me into something I didnt want or worse try to ask me for 4000 down like the other dealership did. Bottom line is these guys here did their best and I really appreciate how hard they worked to make me happy.

Dennis Bacote was the salesperson who helped me out from start to finish. We hate car shopping and he made it very entertaining for us. Not only was he a great salesman with great attitude, very helpful, catered to us but the managers were great too and made it happen for us with the banks?. We were really pleased to see they got us a better deal than our Credit Union did? what threw me off was the strong effort to really make us happy and give us a good deal. We got a better price and still got exactly what we wanted our Hilander Hybrid.

We had poor acceleration with our Sequoia and thought it needed a tune-up. On our way to Beaverton Toyota we stopped to get coffee at a drive thru Dutch Bros (important later) then, we brought our Toyota Sequoia in for a tune up. They determined it was an engine problem. They had it for a week. The second week I insisted on a rental car. They tried to give me a Toyota Yaris (we have a family of five) argued for a camry, ok. Three weeks later they called... Sequoia done $4500. we gassed up the rental and returned it. They said the tank was not completely full charged me $5.00. Picked up Sequoia $4500 no gas in Sequoia and it was dirty. Went to gas it up and the drivers window would not go down and the front windshield was cracked. We paid to fix the drivers window $600. They are a joke. They will probably have these comments removed. I will repost them.

I have never seen a management team work so hard to help me out and make me feel like the most important customer. It takes a lot for a dealership to really make a good impression on me just because my past experiences have been terrible, but coming here was like a breath of fresh air. All around it was a wonderful car buying experience and I??d give it a rating of AWESEOME! I will definitely refer customers to Beaverton Toyota. My daughter-in-law just turned 16 so went went looking at cars together last weekend. I bought her a Toyota Corolla from Beaverton and got a really excellent deal on it.

This is the 4th Toyota product that I have purchased from Beaverton and I have to say I have been impressed every time at the quality of the vehicle, the professional sales staff and at the service department. The team at Beaverton have been very responsive to my concerns and problems that may arise. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality Toyota vehicle. This is a great business and has an exceptional team!

On Friday May 21st, 2010, I took my 2004 Toyota Sienna Van for a diagnosis of the driver side sliding door repair. Same day I got a call back that the cost of the repair was $1051.00. After trying to negotiate the price on the phone I clearly agreed and authorized to the $1051.00 repair which was still very high for the door repair. They told me that the engine and the cable were connected and they have to replace both. They promised me my car would be fixed by Monday May 24th 2010.

Monday morning I got a phone call and they told me that the car wouldn??t be ready until the next day. Now they have left me without a car for 4 days and no mention of a loaner car and I was left with no transportation. On Tuesday May 25, 2010 when I went to pick up my car I was shocked with a $1521.00 Bill in front of me. When I asked to speak to my representative they said she is off and they tried contacting her and could not get a hold of her any where and she would not be back for another two days. Instead they forced me two a bully man by the name of Steve Schumacher which announced that he was a service manager and he said you either pay or get out and would not even give me any paper work of the car or show me my car.

I went to the showroom floor and asked for a store manager or sales manager or the owner Mr. Russell Humberstron and all of the sudden they would refuse to give us any number and told us that they are not available. At this time I am fuming with anger that no one would listen to my complaint and I was given a 1-800 number to call to file a complaint and I did and the answer was that it was filed and I would have to work this out with the dealership.

Now I am forced to pay this amount by being bullied since this is the only family car that I have to get around with my kids. In this day and age and the economy that everyone is struggling to make it and survive, this really hurts me to see that you trust your dealership for service and get bitten with this kind of bill. Shame on them. I don??t know at this time if even this complaint would get me any where but I hope you can open your heart and see what kind of beasts are sucking the blood of families who are vulnerable and have to put up with this kind of abuse. When I told them to take their part out of my car they told me that they would charge me for the labor that it took to put it on and to take it out. This would be very close to the price of the repair.

I paid and brought my car out on my credit card which I don??t know how to pay for and the owner never called me back and the lady that helped me was never found. But I know that some where I will find justice and I hope it would be here.

I was advised that you could make changes that the A+ review you gave them is not all there because they do not deserve that.

On Friday May 21st, 2010, I took my 2004 Toyota Sienna Van for a diagnosis of the driver side sliding door repair. Same day I got a call back that the cost of the repair was $1051.00. After trying to negotiate the price on the phone I clearly agreed and authorized to the $1051.00 repair which was still very high for the door repair. They told me that the engine and the cable were connected and they have to replace both. They promised me my car would be fixed by Monday May 24th 2010.

Monday morning I got a phone call and they told me that the car wouldn??t be ready until the next day. Now they have left me without a car for 4 days and no mention of a loaner car and I was left with no transportation. On Tuesday May 25, 2010 when I went to pick up my car I was shocked with a $1521.00 Bill in front of me. When I asked to speak to my representative they said she is off and they tried contacting her and could not get a hold of her any where and she would not be back for another two days. Instead they forced me two a bully man by the name of Steve Schumacher which announced that he was a service manager and he said you either pay or get out and would not even give me any paper work of the car or show me my car.

I went to the showroom floor and asked for a store manager or sales manager or the owner Mr. Russell Humberstron and all of the sudden they would refuse to give us any number and told us that they are not available. At this time I am fuming with anger that no one would listen to my complaint and I was given a 1-800 number to call to file a complaint and I did and the answer was that it was filed and I would have to work this out with the dealership.

Now I am forced to pay this amount by being bullied since this is the only family car that I have to get around with my kids. In this day and age and the economy that everyone is struggling to make it and survive, this really hurts me to see that you trust your dealership for service and get bitten with this kind of bill. Shame on them. I don??t know at this time if even this complaint would get me any where but I hope you can open your heart and see what kind of beasts are sucking the blood of families who are vulnerable and have to put up with this kind of abuse. When I told them to take their part out of my car they told me that they would charge me for the labor that it took to put it on and to take it out. This would be very close to the price of the repair.

I paid and brought my car out on my credit card which I don??t know how to pay for and the owner never called me back and the lady that helped me was never found. But I know that some where I will find justice and I hope it would be here.

My husband and I just wanted to go over and test drive a new 2010 Prius. We have been through many car dealers in the past and were very gun shy about even going in the doors, where you get rushed at immediately by the salesman or pressured to give up any information right off the bat.

My husband had done a lot of research on the Prius and wanted to test drive one before we thought of leasing and Beaverton Toyota offered the best variety of Prius's on their lot.

We immediatly get to the lot, and had to go into the showroom before we got a salesman. Our Sales was Diane Lauder. She was WONDERFUL, she was helpful, friendly and very laid back. She let us test drive and get a feel for the car. Let us know what the lease deals were but was not pushy and did not pressure us to do anything other then look at what deals Toyota was offering at this time.

We were able to look at different options and for kicks had them take a look at our trade in. We were amazed at how helpful, giving and non pressure. Diane had come back to us and found us the perfect car with what my husband wanted within our budget and it was exactly what we wanted.

What we really liked the best out of the exprience is we dealt with Diane from begining to end when she handed us off to get the papers signed. This car dealership does not do what a lot of dealers will do, have the sales get you in with the drive and then hand you off to the fiance people. They do it all, which we really really appreciated.

I highly recommend Beaverton Toyota, their service is extradoniary, great center and a low stress environment. We would recommend them to anyone who will ask!

My wife wanted a NEW Highlander, so I had no choice but to go to a dealership. I asked around and a couple of my friends recommended Beaverton Toyota near Portland, they said they offer great service and the sales team was really cool, but I wasn't too sure. I checked Beaverton Toyota out and to my surprise I actually felt comfortable talking to the sales lady. I came back the next day with my wife to set up a deal, we made the trade, got the car, and drove off. Better yet I didn't have that sick feeling that I just got screwed, I for once got a great deal!

I just bought a used Dodge Ram Truck from Beaverton Toyota near Portland Oregon and I could not be happier!! I know that most reviews of things are based on buying something new, but I wanted to talk about the way I was treated by this company and how I wound up buying what I did.

First, I guess like a lot of people, I have had some ??credit challenges? due to all of the issues our economy had faced over the last few years. I make less money now, and I am doing a different job. My new job (I??m now self employed) really requires that I drive a truck because I have to haul things and go off road some. So I did the whole research thing and decided on a Toyota Tundra. Further research and asking around to my friends led me to Beaverton Toyota.

Well we all know that there is a recall issue going on right now, so the Tundra was out. Not really sure I buy into that Toyota recall thing, but whatever. Anyway, regardless of the Tundra, I do have some credit bumps and bruises?and a few sucking chest wounds as well. So the sales guy I was working with said he would go to work for me. I??m thinking ya ok whatever! So I give him my info with the hopes that he will call me back some year to tell me that I can??t get approved.

In the meantime, I go across town to check out a few new Dodge Trucks. I really like Dodge Trucks. I mean I know they are probably not as good as Toyotas are, but I??ve owned a few and they never left me on the side of the road and they hold up good. So the sales chick at the Dodge Store tells me she can get me approved on a new one and that the payments would be like $510 a month. This was for a stripped down but NEW 2009 model. I am tempted, but decide to wait a few days.

The next day, the guy from Beaverton Toyota calls me and tells me he has me approved and has a great truck for me. So I go back over there, and he shows me a loaded used 2008 Dodge Truck 4X4. It has 9,200 miles on it, leather, 4 doors?everything!! And it is only $200 More than the New 2009 Bare Bones Stripped Down Truck the Dodge Dealer showed me. So get this?The Nicer Used Truck is $200 More, but the monthly payment for the same term was $53 dollars LESS!!

So Beaverton Toyota SAVED me $3,180.00 over that other dealer on a Much Nicer Truck!! What??s not to like about that?? So I give Beaverton Toyota Five Stars for being Honest, Friendly, Helping Bad Credit, and Great Deal!!

I am very happy with Beaverton Toyota. I just moved here from Minnesota and I had to replace my car with a comfortable, small 4X4 SUV. I did all of my research and narrowed it down to the RAV 4, limited, 4X4, V6. My wife and I travel quite a bit, so we wanted comfort and the security of navigation, plus all weather capability. So Melissa and I visited several Toyota Concerns in the Portland area and found those other dealerships to be lacking in inventory or manners. We really had a great relationship with our Toyota shop back in Minnesota, and we miss them. We were fortunate to discover Beaverton Toyota on the internet and we had a great experience.

When we arrived, our sales person greeted us at the front door, however we noted that a RAV 4, just like what we wanted, was pulled up to the front parking lot and seemed to be waiting on us. Well, sure enough, he had pulled what would turn into our new car around to the front of the dealership so we would not have to walk that far. I have gout and it makes it very hard for me to walk a far distance, so this was very much appreciated. He was kind enough to take us on a long test drive and allow us to become very familiar with the RAV 4. Melissa and I fell in love with the car, our sales person, and really the way Beaverton Toyota does business. When we got back to the Toyota building, I had expected all of the back and forth games. I was delighted to find a very quick, easy, pressure free purchasing process and that made it all the better. Further, I had the good fortune of meeting their service department staff and feel confident in returning there for my maintenance needs.

As I said, I am very happy with Beaverton Toyota, and on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I give them 10!

I just got my new Camry at Beaverton Toyota and I could not be happier!! I??ve been searching for the right SE V-6 model for ever, and I had the good fortune to speak with Nick at Beaverton Toyota who went to the trouble of finding me the car I wanted and actually getting it for me.

I visited several other Toyota dealerships in the Portland area and none of them seemed interested in my desire for this car. I would visit, and as soon as I told them what I wanted?they realized that they didn??t have it and were not going to be making the sale that minute so they would lose interest. Well I met Nick and he admitted that the car I wanted was rare in their area, but he assured me that he would try to find it. Of course everyone else told me the same thing too and never called me back!! But NOT Nick! About 11 days later, Nick called me back and had found the exact car I wanted, just without the wheel locks which he explained he could add at the dealership.

I went to the dealership on the day he said he would have the car and sure enough there it was!! Perfectly cleaned up, filled with gas, and Nick even had all of the paperwork ready to go for me on his desk. I got to meet a kind lady named Carrie Porter who showed me around the dealership and I was very impressed with the waiting place for when I bring my car in for service too.

So yes I had a very good experience!! I give a Strong Recommendation and five stars to Nick and Carrie and Beaverton Toyota for following through and getting me the car I want at the price I want, and also treating me so nice as well!!

Perfectly cleaned up, filled with gas, and Nick even had all of the paperwork ready to go for me on his desk. I got to meet a kind lady named Carrie Porter who showed me around the dealership and I was very impressed with the waiting place for when I bring my car in for service too.

So yes I had a very good experience!! I give a Strong Recommendation and five stars to Nick and Carrie and Beaverton Toyota for following through and getting me the car I want at the price I want, and also treating me so nice as well!!

I saw a car that interested me and went in to purchase it. After wasting over an hour with the manager I walked out. They absolutely refused to reduce the car though I was ready to buy it cash outright. I was told they don't like cash deals anyway because they don't make a profit. I know they gave the trade in folks far less than I wanted to pay for the car. They seem dishonest and unappreciative of a customer. Would not spend my money there.

Dishonest dealer! Stay away... They would not honor the price they gave me via email! I had the emails printed out, and they insisted there are not manufacture rebate mentioned in the emails.

I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a car that day. The salesman took his time even when I told him I was just looking that day. I started out looking at a more expensive car and he even suggested I would like a less expensive one. I ended up buying the more expensive one anyways. The finance guy was great. No extra surprises.

I went to get an oil change with this company. I asked that my tires be rotated. When the car was done they service man said that I needed all new tires, they were totally bald. What he did not know, is that I actually bought those tires from Toyota, they are 6 yr. 100,000 mile tires. I have had them 2 1/2 yrs. I pointed this out. I also asked him how the brakes looked, he said "fine, they look at them when they rotate your tires". I looked at the sheet of paper he gave me and they had NOT rotated my tires, or checked the brakes. I brought this to his attention, he then went out side and looked at my brakes with a flashlight, and said they were fine. As I was leaving I heard another customer being told his tires were bald. I think this is a scam. Beware.

I bought my latest car from Russ Beaverton Toyota. I went to their website and "built" my car then put in a quote for how much I would spend. They accepted and beat my quote. The communication was excellent and I had no problems with my sale. I would highly recommend this auto group.

My oil changes seem to take an eternity when I go there. I trust this business being that my car is a Toyota, but I am always waiting a long time for my car's oil change. Further, they tell me they check my car's fluids and other parts, but I had a flat tire the day following an oil change. I am somewhat suspicious of them, and I do not recommend them for an oil change.

PROS: An oil change actually does occur.
CONS: Takes a long time.
