I used to pay a visit every so often whenever I was in the Burbank area. As I got older, jewelries that used to make me become an impulsive buyer somewhat seemed less attractive. Now that every time I see this store, I simply just walk by. They seem to have gotten more stuff lately, especially after the expansion, but I still think their products are cheesy. If you are young and broke, this store will suit you.
I loved the DJ from a Creative Sounds! I've never known anyone who has hired a DJ for special events so I was a bit leery of the idea to hire one for our wedding. Boy, he kept the crowds on their feet all night long! Not only that, the whole process was pleasantly smooth and least stressing. I would definitely recommend them to my company when we have a Christmas party!
I've been going to Dr. Kawazoe for almost 4 years now. He was recommended to me by a very close friend and his family. Not only he turned out to be a great dentist himself, but the whole place is also staffed with wonderfully caring people. The receptionist, Lisa, will always welcome you with a smile. They have a comfortable size office and the waiting area is clean and cozy. The office is usually quiet yet somehow very friendly and comfy. If you don't get him for your appointment, don't worry because whoever takes care of your teeth will be a great one, I promise! I've never had even a slightest bad exprience in my 4 years and my friend has been going there for over 15 years so what does that tell ya? :)
This location is really clean compared to most other Curves in the Los Angeles area. Out of all the other Curves I checked out, I liked the people here the most. It's almost like the great staff reflect on the type of clients they attract. The women who come here are very friendly and nice. I enjoy working out here.
Celebrity Dry Cleaners but not for Celebrities. My first impression was that they probably have high prices so I checked. Decent, on the high end, though. Then I tried the service out with the coupon. Got the special, was done on time and I had no complaints. I would definitely consider them as my main cleaner if I they would lower the prices without the coupons.
Based on my experience, I would never do business with this company, nor I would ever recommend it to anyone with the right mind. Yes, you will get a low quote and your premium will be low. But guess what happens AFTER you'd already gotten an accident? Their representatives are terrivle at customer care/service, they have awful manners and they will never return your call when you need them most. You will be left alone facing the insurance battle against the other party without much support from your own. Bad company run by worse employees.
Who wouldn't love this Orchid Fever, a lovely flower shop who handles retail, decorative and special arrangelent bouquet of flowers and green plants all alike! I love the fact that they are open 7 days a week and they are never late on my orders. They are behind Sony where there are lots of retail shops and coffee shops as well as post office, banks, etc. so it's very convenient to run your errands together!
Last time I dropped off my donations, I had to wait for 25 minutes to get a receipt. It wasn't really a receipt, rather just a piece of paper saying thanks for my donations. During my 25 minutes wait, I had witnessed one of the female employees who came out of the back door went through the stuff the lady in fron of the lines had already dropped off (and left) and was telling the other female employee how she was keeping this and that, whatever she liked. Everybody in line was watching and heard what she was saying but she did not care and no one said anything. Next thing, she came out with an empty box and started to pick out whatever she wanted to take home from the few bags the lady had dropped off. I was disgusted and could not believe that employee had the audacity to steal people's donations in front of doners eyes!!!! I hope whoever in charge of the salvation army will read this and take appropriate action to prevent this kind of stuff from happening in the future.
Yes it does look very crappy on the outside but the rooms are quite acceptable for what you pay. You can't expect too much from a small "motel" like this one, but at least you feel safe and get the basics like TV, clean linens, a soap, etc. I wasn't too happy with the cleanlines of the sheet cover but I just learned my lesson never to be cheap again when it comes to an overnight stay.
Emory is not only a great school but also has a wonderful Healthcare place. I've always received a top-notch service with great and friendly care from all staff and doctors alike. The drive to this place is a bit of a hassle but once you are there, you can sit back and relax. A lot of the students intern there and it is a great place to do so if you happen to be a med-student.
