I've had a good experience with this real estate company. They offer great service, and will do what it takes to close a deal. The home that I had purchased through them didn't include some appliance, and through Hill & Company, they worked it out with the owner to throw them in. The prices for there service isn't at bargain basement levels, however you are paying a premium for the excellent service that they do provide.
Our site had a pest control, so we decided to call Pestec to come out and relieve our pest issue. They sprayed where they felt was adequate, however the same night the problem seem to remain, and it seem to remain during the whole week. The next time they came by, they seem to have done a better job because we had self directed them where the main problem was. This didn't totally solve the problem, but did improve upon the situation. The staff are really nice, and professional.
This is one of the few supply stores in the area. The area doesn't consist of a very safe environment, however what they offer is fairly decent. I had some keys made there, and they seem to work very well, and bought some industrial products, that worked o.k. This store won't give you the most bang for your buck, but if your in the neighborhood, it's one of few hardware stores around.
Green Apple Books has been a fixture in San Francisco for some time. It's amazing how there still open in the face of such competition. They offer a tremendous range of books, and are very competitive in prices of there used books. Getting around is a bit difficult with the narrow paths, and if your not knowledgeable about the store, then it will be a long day trying to weed out all the books. Luckily, the staff at Green Apple books is very accommodating. Parking is pretty much non existent on Clement.
Staceys Bookstore is a quality bookstore located in the heart of downtown. The internal of the bookstore is very well lit, and clean, and has three floors of books, and other forms of media. It's a lot less crowded then Boarders, and offers events from writers among others. The prices aren't that competitive, as I don't see a decent sale, although they do mark down some of there books, it's just not as competitive as those priced on Amazon. The magazine section also seems to be a bit lacking, as the racks at Boarders. Overall, it's a quality store, that must be visited if your looking for a book in the downtown area.
The Clement Street Bar & Grill offers dining of a variety of American dishes. The setting is very quiet, and old fashioned. The service is traffic, and there's a lot of privacy, however its a bit too quiet for my liking. They offer a number of seafood, and seem to have there act together. The dishes aren't anything special, and I wouldn't travel from far aways to have lunch or dinner here. A adequate dining experience, just nothing that makes you go Wow.
I was looking for a Japanese cookbook, and came around this bookstore located inside one of the Japanese boutique malls. They offer a huge selection of Japanese media, and have some very updated magazines, and print material. It's an all-in-one shop for Japanese material. The staff was very accommodating helping me locate the books that I wanted. The bookstore is also very clean, and just a great place to spend during the weekends.
Lombardi Sports has been opened for a while in San Francisco. They offer a great selection for all your sporting good needs. They are a better place to shop then say Copeland's, and there customer service is very knowledgeable. There one of the more established sporting good retailers in San Francisco. There prices won't beat Big 5, but there stores are better managed.
The Exploratorium is a great place to take the children and for adults in general. You'll learn at least something every time that you go. There are many, many exhibits that are hands on, and you'll be amazed about the world of science. There's also a gift shop that offers a wide range of products. One of the better museums in the City.
I had to fix one of my buzzers for my lobby, and decided to give Metro Locksmiths a call. They were very professional over the phone, and great in person. They were top notch with my problem, and instead of just patching up the problem, they did a overhaul to permanently fix the problem. My buzzer has been working great since. They are one of the best in the city. Highly recommended.
