They have a great pediatrics office that is part of the school of dentistry. Ive taken my kids since they were one, which is the age reccomended now. They have students and full fledged dentists. They are awesome with children, most general dentists dont see a child until 3 but its reccomended at 1, that doesn't make sense! So I took my girls here already loving the UW. They take state medical and are great there is one receptionist that is a bit rude but that alright, everyone else makes up for it! The kids get a new toothbrush and crest kids toothpaste every visit, they get a little token to pick a toy out of the little dispenser...its like putting a quarter in but its tokens for being good, makes it less scary. Kids enjoy the time. They also have a "quiet room" for kids like my daughter with Autism that don't particularily like the dentist office, but even she does well here because they make it a good experience.
Cedarcrest Golf Course is a nice course, they are very large and also have a restaurant inside. They have a store where you can buy golf items, rent the golf carts or just go to eat at the restaurants! They are a little expensive, I mostly go to eat while my husband goes and golfs. Works out great for me! He has fun and I get food doesn't get any better. The staff is great, its a quiet part of the city, little interruptions and great fun!
S&S Bargain Center is a great store to get gift items, they are kind of like a novelty/liquidation store. Having anything from socks to car stereo equipment. You will find unique items here, they have alot of selection that is always changing. Kind of like a dollar store but with larger ticket items, but the feel of a dollar store. They also have installed stereo equipment for my husband in the past, they kind of do everything! Items are priced reasonably, staff is great also! I love shopping at these types of stores for some reason you always find things you didnt think you'd need but find great use for them!
Gymagine is awesome, They are cheaper then the little gym, and much nicer. They have programs with the Everett Parks and Recreation which is nice. They have classes from age 6months and up and also private lessons not just classes. the average 6weeks or so class is about 60$ which is good price and a little less then the little gym. This is a newer business but they are doing great. Kids have a blast in the programs and its a nice after school activity or a mom and baby activity for the younger ones...its a nice alternative to "baby storytime"!
I personally like this restaurant just for its uniqueness. It is on top of another building. It inside the Paine Field Airport area hence the name. The airport is not commercial its just a personal use airport, so you wont hear lots of noise at all, its near the Boeing Plant. So you get great views there being on the top. They have typical diner type food, and seafood as well. Very good prices. They did have issues with staff and management a few years back but have since gotten new owners, all new staff including management and have risen up better then they started which is great. The staff now is very nice and professional. If you like unique you will like this place too!
I LOVE LOVE this place. They are very convienant accross from BECU. They are a new type of chinese place, its a fast food chinese restaurant! They don't have a drive through or anything, you walk in similar to a deli. Its family owned, there is always the same people there and you get to know them. They orginally had all 99cent items, 99cent orange chicken, 99cent rice, 99cent chow mein etc. Now they have changed it to all rice and pasta type dishes are 99cents and the meat dishes are now 1.49 which you still can't beat! And if you think it would be gross you are so wrong. I HATE typical chinese restaurant chinese food but I LOVE theirs its the only place I will go and its so cheap and fast! Delicious! They do have table inside to eat if you like but most just buy and go. They do have a few things I don't like being operated and owned by family they won't hire other workers so they are not open on Sundays which I wish they were, they also close early but not too early. They do not take debit/credit cards for orders under 7$ I believe it was due to the costs of the machine they cannot be paying for each card use that is only 2$...so bring cash! And have some great food!
Cobbler Kitchen is a combination of businesses, they are a lunch dining restaurant. They are not open for breakfast or dinner. They are also a Bakery. They go through alot of employees not sure if its management or what but there is always ads in the local paper looking for employees. They have awesome prices. Mostly burgers and sandwiches typical lunch items. Pretty large place I have never waited for a seat there is plenty as they arent too busy. THeir bakery items are delicious and they have plenty available to choose from to take home, or as well eat there after your meal. Good service, good food and its cheap cant beat it!
This restaurant is an extension to Anthonys Homeport restaurant. If money is an issue this one is alot less expensive then the main homeport, its more of a family or get together eatery, the homeport is more romantic and expensive. THey have great food here too! More burgers and such type of food rahter then lobster and crab, but alot of great great food and may be a better choice for some to dine here instead. Its owned and managed by the same company and you get comparable service from the staff at either places! Its only a few buildings down from the main homeport, easy to find right on the waterfront but without the window views the homeport gives you.
This restaurant is great, its right on the waterfront with views out over the bay its beautiful. They are probably the most high class restraurant in Everett. Very expensive to eat here but the food is supurb and you get full course meals. Great cocktails and the staff is carefully selected being only those with professional training and lots of experience. It is a common romantic dinner out with a loved one kind of place, valentines, anniversaries, even engagements. Very romantic atmosphere. Large place you don't have to wait for seating often but reservations would be the best bet! You will spend on average 100$ at least for a table of 2, so its spendy but once in awhile its well worth it!
Yellow cab company is one of the oldest companies in this area, therefore they have grown to surrounding cities. They are almost always on time and have the cheapest of rates! They screen all of the drivers like they should and other companies do not! Average wait time is about 20-30 minutes depending on what time of the day it is. Buses can get really crammed and this is just so much better, yes it is more expensive but its all about you not every other person on the bus and you get to where you are going faster, since you dont have to stop, you have a place to put your bags if you were shopping etc. Out of all the cabs in the area this is the one I have always used and reccomend!
