Our friends introduced us to this resturant and its actually really good... They have a large selection of dishes and they come with plenty on the dish to eat. The hot tea is great! They have good prices and are friendly as well. Try it!
Without giving my age this preschool has been around for over 25 years... I went there and so did my sister. Had we lived nearby when it was time for my kids to go they would have! It's a great preschool with a happy and caring staff that loves to teach the kids.
Both of my kids go to this home day care and have for quite a while... Mike has a great sense of humor with the parents and kids yet teaches them and makes sure they behave. Auntie Linda is great with the kids as well and really cares about them... Another positive is that they take and pick the kids up at the local schools and make sure that all homework is done along with reading time. In the summer, the older kids get to enjoy going to Raging Waters and the movies.
I work near this mall which used to be the old Ford plant so we will go there for lunch once in a while... There is a huge food court and then we get excersice walking the mile long mall. There are lots of shops from clothing to sports.... Dave & Busters is always a good place to go have lunch or dinner and have a good time as well as the movie theater that is there. There is also a Home Depot in the same parking lot.
This shopping has been around forever and the Mervyn's could use some upgrading but overall its a good shopping center - there is a Michaels, McDonalds, and several other food and clothing shops there.
There are many stores in this shopping center such as Albertsons and resturants like Armadiillo Willys (Good), Uno Mas (good) Pizza my heart(not so good - greasy) as well as specialty stores like the pet store, a golf store, H & R Block, Baliza Day spa and many others,,, The parking lot can be a pain to get through but its not to bad
There are some great stores and resturants in this shopping center but the parking sucks and it's horrible trying to get out of there -espically at the Almaden lights where 85 comes off UGH! I love Chevy's and Red Lobster though and it's great having a Costco near by... We enjoy so many of the smaller stores like Carter's as well.
This is a small shopping mall that has so much potential but right now there just isn't alot going on over there. There are a few stores that make it worth the drive out there since it's not by where I live. Time to start advertising and getting the business in there...
I have watched Oakridge change over the years and It's always been a good close to home mall to shop and now it's definitely up there with the bigger malls.. There are so many stores and it includes a food court and movie theater, Sears Auto center outside, a playground inside and out and the family room for kids is just awesome! Target on the end has been a huge hit as well! My mom's group loves going there for dinner once a month and then shopping together...
Now that they have come in and upgraded the mall it's looking really good and I am more comfortable shopiing there now... There isn't such a feeling of "low class" happening now. There are so many different types of stores from JC Penny, disney store, sports stores, Sears and the auto center, etc... The movie theater is a nice touch but I still think they should have kept the ice rink because that was so much fun for the kids.... The many resturants are a nice touch as well.
