Won Ton Juans! These things are unbelievable! There's no way they are remotely good for you but who cares. Won Ton Juans at the Paramount Cafe are little mexican won tons filled with cheese, chilis, etc. in a won ton skin and deep fried. Yum!
I love the Market so much!! They make a southwestern polenta that will knock your socks off! It's vegetarian (not vegan though) and it's amazing! The rest of the food is awesome as well. Get the Spring Fling Cake and you will never be the same again.
I love Salute Ristorante Italiano! The pasta is amazing and the desserts are heavenly. Sadly the Salute location at Desert Ridge has closed but at least this location is surviving. It's great food.
The owners of Razz's Restaurant and Bar are very nice people who donate a lot to charity. I won one of these gift certificates and my husband and I tried Razz's one night. It was very good and the people are wonderful. Nice experience.
Michelina's is a little family restaurant with old world Italian food. The decor is gaudy but totally appealing because it's like being in someone's home and they are welcoming you into their family. The service is somewhat slow but it's because they want you to relax and savor the evening. Michelina is usually there most nights working very hard.
I have had dinner here twice and both times I thoroughly enjoyed the meals. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the ambiance was nice as well.
I had such a wonderful evening when I went to Sportsman's Fine Wine. We enjoyed some light appetizers as a lovely sampling of many wines were provided to us. The staff is great...very friendly and very knowledgable and the other customers were equally as enjoyable to have around.
My grandparents owned an antique store in West Hollywood and their moniker was, "Some old, some new, some junkeroo". That describes the $99 Dollar store perfectly. There are some incredible finds and there's some garbage too. Overall, it's worth checking out.
I like this Corbin's a lot. It's new so it's really clean and the wait stafff is very nice. The salads are the best! It's one of those places you can go no matter what you're in the mood for and you'll be happy with whatever you order.
I do not understand why everyone is all a-twitter over PCG. I think it was totally overrated and the crowds just confuse me. It was dark, kind of old and smelly and the food was marginal at best. My salad was barely edible and I will never go back there again.
