I have shopped in here a few times and this location is great. Upscale and you are treated as if you are an important customer. Sales staff is very friendly and willing to listen to what you are looking for. Tobey Joseph helped us, which probably helped too :)
I have not been super impressed with the service at this Joseph's. I think that they don't treat you like you are going to buy something (which leads me not to buy). There is one specific salesperson who is not very personable. I was ring shopping with a friend and she commented how she would NEVER buy anything white gold...um, excuse me, I obviously had a white gold ring on! And, when they clean my ring they are never nice about it, just act like it is a huge chore.
I just stopped here this week to get some donuts on the way to work. They have absolutely the best bakery for a grocery store, hands down. The baker was especially friendly toward my son and made conversation with him!
This is a fun, small bar to go and meet friends. They have hot dogs on certain nights and chili on others. They have a nice "lounge" type area where you can sit if you don't want to sit at a table.
I am taking Amy's Bradley class right now and just finished week 5. I think she is an exceptional instructor-so knowledgeable about birth. She adds humor to the classes and appeals to both partners. I would highly recommend this class to anyone seeking a natural childbirth.
I went here recently to purchase a backpack for my vacation. The staff was extremely helpful in identifyting which options I needed in my backpack. Consequently, I had to return it and they were super friendly and accomodating. They also have hard to find gifts and travel items (power adapters, travel containers, etc).
We went here knowing they were advertising 0% financing and we wanted an LS. There was a new black one that was exactly like I was looking for with the price $29K in the window. I took it for a drive, told the guy I was fine with that price and asked (several times) to make sure that the 0% financing applied to this vehicle. He assured me it did. Would have been the easiest sale of the year. So, we went inside to sign the paperwork and it took FOREVER. Well, he brought his manager after about 15 minutes of being gone and the mgr said no, the 0% didn't apply since the price was so low! I didn't even try to haggle the price! Any way, we walked away and never heard from them again.
I really like Okoboji. They have some great homemade sauces and julienne their own chicken. I usually switch it up and order something different each time. Last time I was here with my niece we just walked over from the mall-super convenient!
We did our mortgage with GWB in Altoona, ~two years ago. Lori Slings was helping us. She was awful with communication and lost things too. We came to sign papers a couple of times and she didn't have what she needed. IT was a bad experience. The loan got sold to US Bank.
I've eaten here a few times and it is good. I have also attended a wedding that was catered by these guys. The turkey was a little burnt, which wasn't good. I do like that they have desserts and sugar biscuits in the restaurant.
