Ahhh, if ever I felt like I hit the jackpot I did the day I found The Invitation! And to think it's right down the street from me. I went in for a massage with Lori, knowing I was in a kind of "all over" pain and just needed some relief. She was awesome! Definetly one if not THE best massage I've had (and I've had many). She indeed found all my spots and was able to work the muscles nicely. I usually go for the Deep Tissue which she told me she did not do per se but that I'd know and feel like I had a good massage and she was/is correct. All the relief without all the pain. It was awesome. The facility is not pretentious nor are the women who I met there, just down to earth, relaxed, and friendly. I've rescheduled again for another massage but this time I'm having the Invitation Special (facial and massage) and will hope for a rainy day so I can enjoy the fireplace. Thank you Lori!!!
Bad, bad, BAD! Just walking in and trying to get information was a horrible experience. I tried to ask some questions and when the receptionist kept giving me vague looks and answers I asked to speak with a manager just so I could ask my qiuestions but NO BODY there who worked there could direct me to the person or even give me a name of a mgr. Why the secrecy? Not to mention when I asked for a mgr it got real wierd, I was treated very cooly and dismissive. Hmmm have all green cards and licenses been checked? Can't figure out why else anyone in business would allow this standard of customer service in a business. The claimed to not even know where or who they're paychecks come from.
