This is a must see attraction! The panorama is gorgeous. Everywhere you turn there is something wonderful and significant to look at. Take the tour! Although expensive, it is 100% worth the money. Make sure you allow plenty of time to stroll thru and don't let yourself be rushed. The gift shop holds all sorts of treasures. I had kind of dragged my heels about visiting and I have to honestly say I have thought about it almost more than anything else that I've seen since moving here.
I have been taking my dry cleaning here for years and feel that, for the price, they are a very good value. The employees are almost always friendly & professional. Most importantly, the cleaning is done well. I would say that for $2.25 per piece, you just can't beat it!
In 2008 Richardson's Restaurant on Bethany Home Road burned down. It was a terrible loss for a lot of people but for those of us that are addicted to the delicious food there, it hit 'us' in the stomach! We happened upon the Rockerij after finding out they were also serving dishes from the Richardson's menu! We went in on a Tuesday night well after Christmas and they were still packed. We were able to snag 2 seats at the end of the bar upstairs, right next to an oven where a cook was carving huge hunks of prime rib, right next to where the bartender was preparing excellent drinks. We both had the Red, blue & white enchilladas which are SO FANTASTIC you want to lick the plate but just before you succumb, the efficient waitstaff whisks them away. Everything
We were greeted by the delightful owner with whom my son was able to practice his German. My husband and son enjoyed cold beer while I had a wonderful glass of Riesling. My husband had the Jaeger schnitzel, which he pronounced "terrific" and my son had the sausage sampler which was also equally as delicious. I had the half roasted chicken and to my relief it was totally roasted and very, very good. The service was okay and certainly very friendly. We found it overall to be about what we expected and would return again when we are hungry for some decent German food.
What a great place to stop to enjoy something delicious to eat when you are biking or running along the canal. The owners could not be friendlier or more accommodating and the food is delicious. Amongst the three of us we had The Gobler, The Trailhead Ruben and an breakfast sandwich. All three were wonderful. They also have some beautiful, awe-inspiring high end bikes and equally high end, but not too pricey bike wear. I would strongly recommend whether you come by bike, by car or if you run on in.
This is a neat little place in a strip mall on the SW corner of Scottsdale & Shea. We stopped by, after a movie, late on a Friday night and they were still quite busy. I had the blue cheese, strawberries & walnut salad and my 'date' had a cheddar burger. The food was very good but not earth shattering. We found the service a little too inexperienced but perhaps they are better now. Overall it will be worth another try.
Very good except for the 1 time in 27 that they didn't get the order correct. Cute kids, upbeat, enthusiastic.. But heck, it's Krispy Kreme! Almost as good as when the hot light was on.
A joy to work with. Fast, efficient, reasonable. We had a leak at the copper pipe coming into our home that necessitated a licensed plumber. I would highly recommend this company!
We did a major re-landscaping in our front and back yards. Stu Jordan, the landscape architect with William T Jenkins, Inc. was OUTSTANDING in his design, attention to detail, and communication. We are very happy with the results.
Friendly, knowledgeable, quick delivery, excellent installation process. Reasonable prices - beat the competition at the high-end big box store.
