The location is worth the drive. This restaurant has delicious, freshly-made food with flavors that make you crave to come back. Each day of the week, they feature particular dishes. I ordered two vegetarian curries, rice and naan, and my friend ordered goat spinach curry, a veggie curry, rice and naan. Our food platters plus two drinks cost less than $20. Portion sizes are generous. Spice level was perfect (medium). The naan is the best I've eaten....better than in India. Service is friendly and prompt. You place your order at the counter, and seat yourself at either booths or tables. I was excited to have come across this restaurant after I'd been disappointed with the food from the local Indian restaurants in my area. I definitely will be a regular customer.
Dr. Raichura is a phenomenal veterinarian. I was frustrated with my former vet??s office, after spending huge amounts of money, and watching my cat??s health deteriorate. So I decided to try a holistic approach through Veterinary Holistic Care. Dr. Raichura shared a wealth of knowledge with me, including at-home remedies that enabled my cat??s glucose levels to normalize and alleviate the need for insulin injections. My cat actually enjoyed going to her office! It has a pleasant, spa-like atmosphere where my cat felt safe, comfortable, and free from stress. Dr. Raichura has always given my cat at least an hour of one-on-one care every time I have brought him into the office. Her assistants and other staff members are extremely helpful and caring. The cost of visits was less expensive than my previous vet. Dr. Raichura has always demonstrated attentiveness, dedication, and availability to answer my questions. She is an amazing doctor who I highly recommend.
Very helpful in fitting me for contacts when I had difficulty with other eye doctor offices who were going to charge me over $100, insisting that I needed a whole new exam (even though I had just received an eyeglasses exam 2 months ago from another provider). United Optical was very understanding of my situation and accommodated my needs conveniently and very affordably. I highly recommend them.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I talked to three different employees and was given three completely different answers to my questions concerning contacts. When one employee told me over the phone that I could come in and get a free trial of disposable contacts since I had recently had an eye exam there, I drove to the store. The person at the front desk tried to argue with me and said the other employee gave me wrong information over the phone. When I asked to speak to the person in charge or to an optometrist, he said I would have to "get in line and wait 3 hours because other people are in front of me". Unbelievable how much they devalue customers! I will never again purchase eye wear at Hour Eyes or have exams performed at their office. I went to an optometrist in Silver Spring who fitted me for just $35. Hour Eyes was going to charge me over $100. They will keep losing customers with the level of service they provide - or lack thereof.
After waiting an hour an a half in the waiting room, I was moved to another room to be evaluated. I waited there for another 15 minutes. The PT did a 5 minute assessment and had me lie face down while I awaited treatment. I was in extreme pain and lying face down was excruciating. Finally about 15 minutes later, someone came in and put a heating pad on my back. Then the PT did a 5 minute massage and my appointment was over. She did not help me at all. She didn't come up with a treatment plan nor make any recommendations. It was a complete waste of time and money.
I called three times over a 2-day period trying to set up an initial appointment before anyone returned my calls. When I??ve had questions, I never was able to speak to an actual human being and it was as if my messages went into a black hole because I never received responses. I had to talk directly to the office manager and complain before I could get any sort of response from their staff. Dr. Closson prescribed an MRI and on that same day that I met him, I told the front desk they would need them to get an insurance authorization number for my MRI to be approved. I called several times week after week to see if they had gotten the number and no one returned my calls. Four weeks later, I called the office manager who said they had the authorization number, yet no one had bothered to call and give it to me so I could set up my MRI. Dr. Closson told me to get a nerve test done and then his staff said I should make another appointment in 2 weeks so that he could go over the results with me. I called several times a few days before my appointment with him to make sure the results were in. No one called me back, so I had to cancel my appointment. Two days later, I called and talked to the office manager and was told that the results take 3 weeks. Why would they schedule me for a 2 week follow up then??? There is a huge lack of communication among staff and they are completely incompetent and unprofessional. I will never under any circumstances go back to him as a patient. It??s very clear that they do not care about patients and their needs. I have no idea how the place even stays in business.
I was extremely pleased with the level of care I received from Mei. She is kind and sincere and goes above and beyond to provide great personalized care. I have been to other acupuncturists before and did not receive the results that I achieved from Mei's treatments. After seeing Mei, my back pain improved, my level of anxiety decreased, and I felt an overall sense of clarity and well being.
I have been to many chiropractors over the past 15 years, and Dr. Nicholas is by far the best I've experienced. I have had chronic back and neck pain that has significantly subsided since I have been treated by Dr. Nicholas. He is extremely caring, sincere, and most of all COMPETANT! He is experienced in advanced and effective techniques that WORK. I am extremely pleased with the results I achieved and highly recommend him!
